In the spirit of Swiss private bank Hyposwiss’ new launch of its “Expect the expected” campaign, it wanted to surprise its own employees with a gift that was in line with the campaign’s core concepts: simplicity and honesty. In Zurich, employees received an envelope with the message, “The average company gift costs CHF 48.25 and is then thrown away” printed on it. Inside, they found a typical money holder containing CHF 48.25. In the Geneva offices, employees were surprised with a bottle of very nice red wine wrapped in cheap recycled paper, with the following message printed on it: “We could invest in either packaging or the content.”
