Born in 1977 in the Cilento National Park region of southern Italy, Michele went to the Art School in Venice and to NABA, the Art Academy of Milan, where he graduated in graphic design and art direction before he started to work at Arnold Worldwide Milan as an art director. In 2001, he began at Grey Worldwide Milan and in 2003, he changed to the office in Rome. In 2004, Michele decided to gather some experience outside Italy and chose Barcelona, where he stayed for six years and worked for the advertising agencies Atletico International, JWT and Villarrosas. At the beginning of 2011, he joined walker in Zurich.
