Having grown up in Zurich, Cornelia followed her flair for numbers during an intensive business training apprenticeship at a trust office. After finishing her education, she first went East to Japan to broaden her horizons, then West to Biel, the Swiss watch-making capital, where she worked for eights years at the ideafactory BrainStore. As project manager and head of project management, Cornelia’s projects took her from Switzerland, to greater Europe and Asia where she managed projects for large conglomerates to small and medium-sized businesses within the retail, chemical, automobile, NGO and service industry. Luckily for walker, she renounced her vow never to work in advertising.
