Fleurop put this concept into practice. 110
Fleurop florist shops sent their messengers on
a delicate mission with 750 bouquets: The messengers surprised seemingly randomly selected persons with a bouquet. The recipients of the bouquets quickly realized
that they had not been selected at random. The envelope
accompanying the bouquets bore messages such as “To the attractive lady with blonde hair who boards the bus at
Limmatquai.” Not only did the bouquets themselves surprise and delight people, but also the fact that six very special personalities were among the bouquet-bearing messengers.
