The traditional Swiss mineral water Passugger was integrated into the Feldschlösschen Group (Carlsberg Group). In October 2005, a group of entrepreneurs led by Urs Schmid brought two traditional brands – one of them Passugger – back to being independently run Swiss businesses. This occasion called for a toast – and more specifically, a toast with a good bottle of Passugger. Around 4,500 beverage retailers and restaurant owners received a mailing about the marketing campaign that focused on the special-edition legendary Passugger bottle.
