Janice Binkert

Janice Binkert has been a freelance journalist and editor for over 25 years. A Swiss-American dual citizen fluent in English and German, she has lived in Switzerland and the Middle East, and has now settled with her husband Ueli in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan, USA. Although most of her work involves business writing, she is also a passionate “foodie” who often does catering and personal chef jobs, teaches private cooking classes, and writes food magazine articles. She is currently pursuing a degree in culinary arts and is writing a cookbook featuring specialty extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars.
